Room was ok .. shower great .. bed comfy 10 mins walk into York central.. parking costs ok but not sure it should be an additional cost for the booking.. air con is only portable on ground floor so needed ventilation hose out of the window which is not very secure on ground floor on roadside! Staff done their best but needs a few upgrades and booking should identify that before reservation

Excellent apartment with 2 large ensuite rooms and a well equipped kitchen.

We recently stayed at the York Minster hotel for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and tidy but the walls seem to be thin because we constantly heard our neighbors above us slamming their door and walking across the floor. That was a minor inconvenience to a very nice stay.
