Room was the let down. Bed sheets were rough, supplied desk fan was useless. I left at 6 am to travel back to get my own fan. No air con so room was so hot at night. To much junk on bed. By the time extra cushions were taken off. Not much room to move about in the room. Bathroom ok. Toilet quite close to wall. ROOM 315. not a pleasant stay. Staff were helpful. Gave us Taxi numbers but taxis not great to get.

Would I stay again? No. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Was it worth £170 for one night? Definitely not. If you do book, ask for a top-floor room at check-in. We were under another room and heard every single footstep. At 6am we had to listen to the people above pace around their room for 2 hours straight, the ceiling sounded like it was about to fall through. You could hear every single step they took. The photos online make the rooms look great. In reality they’re very tired. The toilet leaked on every flush and the shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The only positive was the location, it couldn’t be better.

The food in the restaurant and the staff on duty were excellent. The hotel itself is in need of some attention to cleanliness and the state of the building.
