Churchill Hotel Bayeux Centre
Had to do kind of an emergency booking with this hotel as another place to stay fell through. The place is very nice, extremely spacious by European standards and in a great location in the center of Bayeux.

Belle Normandy
Relative to other similar hotels the breakfast was limited and not of high quality, but had some good items and was sufficient. Depending on which room you get they can be roomy and pleasant, or not so pleasant. We asked for a second floor room and it was very pleasant.

Brit Hotel Confort Saint-Lô
Stayed for one night as part of cycle trip with a group. Downstairs garage for Stephanie of bikes. Located around retail area which is not ideal for centre of Saint Malo. Good sized and comfortable. Bath in room was great after a day cycling. Breakfast a little over-priced. Helpful front desk.

The room was quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage that might be a problem, but we had a lovely view of the ocean from the bedroom and even the bathroom. There was no elevator to get to our room so we had to carry large heavy bags up the stairs, which we'd have planned for if we'd known that. ...
