Decent location, right opposite westfield. Booked previous week end in error and rebooked the 29th staff were not really helpful in changing the dates, expedia requested i contact them so a little disappointed as i genuinely rebooked at full price. Very strange smell coming from the cupboard upstairs - my clothes still smell funky a week later!

Location is good, but the room is too small.

Freundliches Personal. Komfortables Zimmer. Gutes Fitnessstudio. Schöne Auswahl beim Frühstück. Günstige Lage in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. In puncto Ästhetik und Service sind noch einige Verbesserungen nötig. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. Den vollen Preis würde ich allerdings nicht bezahlen – dank des Online-Rabattes hat es sich gelohnt.

Stayed for 2 nights, room very modern and clean and bathroom was exceptional in terms of decor and facilities. Room was compact however no issues for only a couple of nights with a small case. Great location for exploring and accessing Tube. Nice to have a 24 hour coffee shop in reception.

This apartment had everything you could possibly need and was really spacious. The view from it was amazing during the day and night, we were sad we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be booking here again.

Every member of staff went above and beyond with their attentive service, the property was a delight with some lovely design features. We benefited from an upgraded suite which was a welcome treat for our wedding anniversary. The only minus - nowhere to hang bathroom towels !!
