My stay here at El Viajero was okay. There were quite a few issues that took place during my visit that were not addressed. My A/C went out the last 2 days of my vacation, had constant issues with water pressure, no shower head , the handle on the outside of my door malfunctioning. But most importantly I could never get in contact with anyone. The front office hours were random and I rarely saw anyone at the desk. Also upon checkout I had to leave my key with the kitchen staff because no one was available at the desk. Sleep was also an issue because of the rooster next door would wake me up at 3 or 4 in the morning everyday. There's a lot of room for improvement but I wouldn't stay here again.

Una experiencia muy bonita rodeada de naturaleza.

Todo bien

The Garten was beautiful! It’s right off of El Zunco beach and has steps down to access it. The restaurant’s food was delicious. I had plans to propose on the beach, but due to it being rainy season had to do an impromptu proposal at the hotel. Nanci was super helpful and accommodating with the proposal. Raul was our server that night and he was super nice, helpful, and patient with us. The rooms were beautiful and so cool! I loved our stay here. I 10/10 recommend and definitely plan on going back if nothing more than to thank the staff there for being so wonderful! Thank u for everything guys!

Un bello hotel con todas las comodidades sin perder su naturaleza, fue una linda experiencia
