Fantastic hotel. Staff were great. Praise has to go to the cleaning team. We left a window open and a light on one night, flies landed on the ceiling above the light and they still were next morning. The cleaning staff noticed and must have hoovered them off the ceiling

Excellent breakfast Very comfortable, basic, uncluttered and easy to stay in. Good Greek restaurant next door but one. Good pizza next door. Book their car park if you have a car as the old town has restrictions on cars.

Everything was perfect we couldn't fault anything

Staying here was a terrible experience. Bed is very uncomfortable. The door to the apartment didn’t latch well so it was hard to close. I even came back to my room after an outing and the door was ajar because it didn’t close well. There was no deadbolt to lock it. When I brought up concerns, the staff member was incredibly rude to me and dismissive, which was honestly the worst part of the whole experience. The apartment building is not well maintained and the floors were dirty. Also a smaller thing but there is no separate shampoo and conditioner (just a 3 in one which is not good for your hair!)
