The air conditioning in the rooms was minimum cooling. The elevator was out of order. No one told us about the elevator until I completed check in. We were on the 3rd floor with no other availability on floors 1 and 2, even though I had reserved the rooms early. My party had two 80+ year old people in it and a 15 year old on crutches. The staff said the elevator just went out, however other guest said it had been out all week. I had to reserve a room at another hotel for my elderly parents. So I paid for 3 rooms instead 2. Staff said ask Manager in the morning for a discount. Manager was not available on Sunday morning, so No price adjustment for the huge inconvenience. I will never stay there again.

First room now AC, i tried every setting and nothing. No phone in the room to call front desk, google listed number no answer only an automatic text reply that i could text them my needs no respinse. Went to desk to get new room, lady was apologetic. New room Ac worked but it roared and banged as it went on and off all night. I had no sleep. The point of getting the room was so I didnt have to get up at 2:00 for 6:00 am flight. Could have slept better in the airport.

No swimming pool and no elevator to second floor,! Plumbing problems with the bathroom! Breakfast was vary minimal!

Nice room great A/C and comfortable bed, also clean room.
