As we visited in the month of May , it was cold and we had to beg to have the heat turned on. Once it was,it was comfortable. Thackray House
Check in was efficient, staff very helpful and attentive. A stunning place with lots of quiet spaces. The breakfast was superb. It is however a bit jaded though. The blind in the room was broken and tap needed replaced. Overall it was a lovely experience and well worth the money paid
