The room was very clean. Our only criticism would be that the step up into the shower pod seemed hazardous. Mainly coming out, when you forget there's a step down and we both tripped a few times but luckily held our balance. I would add that the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, giving us advice as to best way to walk to the Cathedral etc and especially amenable to leaving our bags behind securely before check in and after check out. Called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived so we didn't have to wait outside. Just little things like this matter. We did not breakfast there so can't comment on that.

As expected. I wasn't happy with my room, so gave me an alternative room straight away. The wait for the food was too long. Bars a nice. The hotel is well maintained, but a dated.
