My husband and I could not connect to the Internet and we had to go downstairs several times and they kept saying it was our fault. There’s just a bit of a weird experience. The hotel itself was nice clean a little bit hard to navigate i’m trying to check in the first day. We figured it out.

The hotel s great, the area, despite having an American style mega mall , can be a tad rough at night, it is not unsafe just not a place for an evening stroll.

A really special place to stay. Staff were all amazing, very attentive in a non obtrusive way. Rooms are very comfortable and the decor across the hotel is eclectic and interesting. Having stayed in many London hotels I think we may have found our 'nest'. Highly recommended.
