Great location, great staff, and great facilities.

We recently spent 6 nights here. The check in process was smooth and the room was just as described. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. We enjoyed the air conditioning, the kitchenette, and close location to the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

I tend to book last minute, and I never hesitate to book at one of the Cleveland Residences. Above all, the team makes the difference. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests, and someone is always either physically present at the property or a phone call away. Highly recommend.

It’s true … the is hotel is the #1 rated independent in Europe. We loved it … nice spacious rooms, fantastic bathrooms. Great staff … they know they are #1 and are focused on keeping it that way. The gym was great (please fix the eliptical). The Thai restaurant is the best in London, elegance and authenticity. Special thanks to Constantine, the concierge, very consciences and reliable … much appreciated. Lastly, the location is perfect … walking distance to everywhere. This will be our hotel of choice in London.
