Desk & restaurant staff were gracious and efficient. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room & bath clean. Air conditioner actually worked quietly & properly. Carpet and upholstery in the room should be replaced. Toilet seat in room (440) is loose. Toilet paper is atrocious. No microwave in room is inconvenient. Parking fee on top of total cost of room is highway robbery.
*Shuttle service is excellent.*

Clean! The pool/hot tub area is super cute. Only about a 10 minute walk to US bank stadium. Helpful staff. Would stay again!

I feel like nobody under this staff communicates with each other. Every time I address a certain situation and mentioned I spoke to someone about it with prior and being told they’ll leave a note, nobody knows what I’m talking about. This creates a hassle that I feel like could’ve been avoided much sooner
