I'm booked July 23 for 1 night for 3 people. I'm expecting that the pull out bed was already ready with bed cover, pillows and comforter. but it was not. I came down to asked the front desk, then nothing happen, then after 25 mins. I went down again for the second time. We waited for more than half an hour before the guy came.. I paid for $755.21 for this room and we are not happy with the service. even the washroom the lock was broken. I don't want to recommend this place to my family and friends.

Lovely hotel, although still completing renovations. Rooms were beautiful and spacious and newly renovated. Food options were limited- bar only had very few choices and not many children friendly and the main restaurant was very too sophisticated for children.

We had a quick pleasant stay. Great location, friendly staff

The hotel was quiet and our room was cleaned daily which is becoming more rare these days. Checkin is a bit clumsy as there is very limited parking excluding the garage which you can’t get into until after checkin.
