Hotel was ok, clean and spacious. Within walking distance to Banff Ave. The pools were shut down however you are able to use their sister hotel pool. No food or coffee shop onsite like others in the area but short walk to find those amenities.

This sky glass cabin was sweet. The view was awesome. The bathroom was spa-like Although small. I appreciated the AC especially when the weather was smoky. The stove plate worked well. All in all i wanted a little bit more square feet for the pricey price.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location, and our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were outstanding—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. When we mentioned that we were planning to hike the Helen Lake Trail, they even lent us a complimentary bear spray, which we greatly appreciated. Their exceptional hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Banff.

The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Communication was relatively quick with guest services. Be sure to bring games and cards if that’s your thing because when I went searching in the main area of the lodge there wasn’t anything available but they may have been being used by other guests.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. They could use a little more lighting. The hot tub was very nice. We used it daily after long hikes.

This place is misleading in terms of amenities and not well maintained. Overpriced for what it is, which is essentially condos without helpful staff.

Definitely recommend! My group and I (8 adults) had a wonderful week long stay. We loved the location and the house amenities! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we were able to wash/dry clothes. We hope to visit again!
