Room had awful smell! Like dead feet! Had to go To the store to get air freshener! Huh and front desk guy was rude about it.

I love this hotel. Every member of the staff is very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean, i love this hotel. If you are visiting louisville this is the place to stay

The rooms looked nice online, but it was just a very basic room that had been given a sort of cheap facelift. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The pool was not open and we had planned on using it. We would have booked elsewhere had we known. The breakfast was very sparse, but included. Would I stay again? No.

The rooms are clean (this is my 3rd time staying at this property). They have great security in the hotel and patrolling the parking lot. The front desk staff have always been friendly. Overall, it's an enjoyable hotel for a one night stay.

We were put in a handicapped room, which wasn’t necessary. It was very sparse. The lighting in bath & living area was terrible. Otherwise, we stayed there 2 nights because I didn’t want to repack, and move

The property was great and spacious with all the necessities shampoo, conditioner, extra towels, blankets and pillows, laundry and dish soap. The only issue is being directly across the medical facilities, there were many ambulances and other emergency vehicles including helicopters, throughout the night making it very hard to sleep soundly.
