Best location for visiting Universal Studios, as you save on travel time and have maximum time to spend. Highly recommend buffet breakfast, good selection of Japanese food and western food. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they didn't supply bottled water, however they did have a water refill station and ice machine on each level. Enjoyed my stay. Great option for families with kids.

Clean room and bedsheets everything. Staff are amazing, very helpful ,The staff particularly the male staff was very helpful and really extend his help to locate our luggage . Breakfast are fresh and best food, love the salmon and soup . Location is perfect walking distance to station, food and shopping area. Walking distance to universal studio. My teenagers love the hotel, location and everything. Laundry was a bonus and having Lawson 24 hour open within the building. Convenient .Excellent service and Amazing Staff.

This was an absolutely gorgeous hotel located conveniently in the middle of Osaka, just a few blocks from Osaka Station. My only regret is that I wasn't staying longer! I will (and have) recommended this one to friends.
