I arrived in the evening to find the front desk on lunch. So I waited until 8:42pm for the break to end so I could check in. I used my Expedia points for a last minute booking and only needed a place to sleep. I checked out 12 hours later. The queen size was incredibly small- good thing it was just me. Be aware that there is construction happening directly outside the hotel on S. Reeves so if you are planning on parking your car it will be extra inconvenient. The noise was loud as to be expected which could explain the incredibly low rate. The Sirtaj is the perfect place to go if you need a no fuss and very stripped down place to crash in Beverly Hills in a great location. I do think my days returning here are numbered but the convenience and low price is hard to beat. It would be helpful if they offered virtual check in for returning guests as they are such a small hotel there’s normally only one person working at the front desk at any given time. They should consider that amenity as there are so few offerings.

This resort felt like a campground to me. Definitely overpriced and was very disappointing. Some of the staff was rude. Some of the staff couldn’t even tell me where certain areas on their resort were. I will never stay here again.

Room was ok for the price, bathroom door gives no privacy, 2 inch gap on bottom and sides. Do not park in the parking garage next door. They charged me 2 daily ‘max’ rates and and overnight fee for a total of $96 for a 16 hour stay. Hotel should provide some sort of recommendation for parking.

We arrived early knowing our room wouldn't be ready. We had to ring the desk bell twice to get someone to help us. Clerk said he'd call us when our room would be ready. Their luggage "storage" is behind the small front desk. It is often unguarded. We came back a little later and sat waiting for our room and it go to be the actual check in time and the room still wasn't ready. We had to specify NOT to be put in a room near construction. The pool was closed until 2pm that day. Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator so we had to lift our heavy bags up narrow stairs. Our "deluxe" room was anything but. It was small, the bathroom was tiny with almost no counter space. The only good things were lots of towels and bath supplies. The tub had an old mat in it. When I went to the pool the next day there were no towels there so I asked front desk who said they send some down. I waited probably 20 minutes until I asked someone else and they were brought up. I would never stay at this hotel again.
