Cambridge Hotel - Kansas City
The hotel double booked my stay and i had a security officer jiggling the door handle at 1 am while i was sleeping. I had an early work meeting so i did not appreciate this. The room was dirty and had shaving cream all over the sink. Only plus was front desk staff was friendly.

Customer service at check in was not the best. Waited 15 minutes for a luggage cart. Check-in was not busy but in order to get a cart we had to go to the 6th floor and bring it down ourselves. We had 2 queen beds and they were not very comfortable.
