If I could give it zero stars I would. The toilet had urine spatter, the baseboard was spattered with bodily fluids, the ceiling and bathtub were moldy, the window was full of bugs and there were marijuana cigarette butts on the rim of the air conditioner. I paid for a non-smoking room and the room smelled too much of marijuana. I found hair on both beds and hair on the phone.

The pictures are not what is pictured for the rooms. Very filthy, bad odor and walls were very discolored and also wanted a room that was non smoking and it had a strong marijuana and cigarette smell.

The pictures of the property looked better online than in person. The hallway reeked of cigarettes and pot. People were being loud all night. This was my first time planning a trip, but it taught me a lesson: don't skimp on lodging. You get what you pay for, and I definitely got what I paid for.

Was looking for affordable hotel and American inn seemed like a decent solution. The hotel is located at a busy highway intersection, so a bit noisy, especially the window didn't fully close. This seems to be a hotel where people that lost housing come to stay, so make sure you're comfortable with that.
