Staff was amazing, property was amazing! Our balcony door however didn’t lock and there was a board on the balcony that was very loose. My child tripped on it at one point! Other than that it was a great place to stay and so family friendly!

Toilet was not flushed when we first entered room so bathroom had a foul smell for the first hour or so. Breakfast was delicious, the rest of the room was nice and clean. Staff seemed inconvenienced when we asked for hand soap and other questions.
