Bed was wet. Had to ask for change of blankets and sheets. Bathroom fan rattled. Very old and not clean. Shower was moldy, didn’t use it

The desk clerk who checked us in was wonderful! She was very personable and helpful. We booked a family suite - the room had a queen bed in the main area and a king bed in a private bedroom. The air conditioning had been disconnected in the bedroom and there was no air circulation. It was a ground floor room and we didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the windows open. Also, the bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. There was hair on the floor and in the corners of the bathroom. And the bathtub drain was very slow. We reported the drain and the air conditioning problem to the front desk when we checked out. However, based on the desk clerk's response, I'm not sure how quickly those issues will be resolved.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. Before booking the tent, I specifically called and asked whether it included a heater because I was traveling with my 6-year-old child. The person I spoke with assured me that the tent had a heater and all the amenities we would need. At $150 per night, I trusted that information and made the reservation. When we arrived around 8:00 p.m., we discovered that the tent had none of the amenities we were promised. There was no heater, and no one was available to help. We spent over an hour searching the property and calling every phone number we could find, but no one answered or responded. With a young child and no safe or comfortable place to stay, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel, which cost us an additional $200 for the night. This was a complete waste of money and an incredibly stressful experience. What disappoints me the most is not just the lack of amenities, but the misinformation I was given before booking and the complete absence of customer support when we needed it most. Please be honest and transparent about what is actually included with your accommodations. Guests should never have to arrive late at night with their families only to discover they were misled and left without any assistance.
