The hotel was great, everything we needed. It was clean but could use a bit of an upgrade, which the staff mentioned they were waiting for.

We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. Beware of the noise from the trains rolling through Fernie's uncontrolled crossings as the train traffic is busy and the horns were a big distraction for sleep,

Beautiful modern spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Loved the fire pit area. Great restaurant. Continental breakfast could use a few hot choices. Will definitely go back!!
