Sierra Norte Vacation Packages

One of the worst places I’ve booked on Expedia. Images are deceiving. Room was dirty (the walls in the bathroom were crumbling), bed was stiff, pillows old. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving ANY of my belongings on the surfaces. We were desperate bc of Day of Dead and limited accommodation but I’d recommend staying out of the city over choosing this hotel. At $132 for the night, this was a total rip-off.

Chose Grand Fiesta Americana as our main hotel for our wedding. Everything was excellent. Service was fantastic from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spectacular. The food and drinks also so amazing. Will be staying here for all future Oaxaca trips!

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

Good place to stay in Oaxaca will book again

The hotel was lovely even if far from the historic center.
