Everything was great!

Room was clean and we had a great view of the Bay. Staff were so friendly. I wouldn't say the pool was so clean but not bad. Poolside must be the smoking area, smells like cigarettes which is not great since guests especially kids love to swim in the pool. No complaints with the hotel except for 1 distinct thing : the smell of the Bay was not good at all. Not the hotel's fault thou. I just have to put it out there, sorry. The kayaks and paddle boards are for rent by the way.

Not only was this room not cleaned before we checked in, the sink was broken, there was no toilet paper, and we had to call the front desk over 5 times just to get a response. There was food crumbs everywhere on the floor, a shoe foot print in the tub, and the comforter reeked of someone else’s cologne. Do not recommend this place.

This stay was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned. There was visible grime and mineral buildup on the shower head where the water comes out, stains on the sheets and pillowcases, leftover sand on the floor from previous guests, stains on the sofas, and dirty dishes. I paid for a partial ocean view, but there was absolutely no view of the ocean from our room. The worst part happened the morning after our one night stay. My 2 year old son woke up covered in what appeared to be multiple insect bites and was extremely uncomfortable. He barely slept because of the itching and discomfort and has been sick. We also discovered what appeared to be an ant infestation, with ants throughout our clothes and belongings. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the room seriously. I attempted to address these issues with housekeeping, but they were rude and dismissive and acted as though they did not understand me. When I spoke with the front desk, I was given an attitude and told that because I booked through a third party, I needed to contact them. That is not an acceptable response when the problems occurred at your property. I am requesting a full refund for this one night stay. I paid for a clean, safe room and an advertised partial ocean view, and neither was provided. I have documentation of these issues and can provide photos if needed. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and escalated to management for a full refund

Debby was a wonderful hostess at this beautiful bed and breakfast. She was very friendly, accomidating and made you feel very welcome. She served a delicious breakfast and even shared a secret recipe with me. Her home is beautifully decorated while the waterfront view is breathtaking. I highly recommend this unique bed and breakfast for your next travel experience.
