nice breakfast. i liked the shuttle from the airport BUT should have read the schedule carefully. We had to wait 2 hours to get to hotel. It was further from the airport than I expected. I was so tired that I couldn't go to the spa, which was a main reason I went there.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in Japan. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to Narita airport, but they don't drive too frequently to the airport (once per hour). Narita is a nice town to visit too, within walking distance

Hotel is beautiful. They have an indoor pool, sauna (fee), gym, massage chairs (coin) and a gorgeous garden outside. Keep in mind if you want to do the breakfast or lunch buffet it requires an online registration the day before, we didn't know this and were unable to join. They do have a 24hr family ...
