The Hedistar Hotel Narita
Helpful staff, local to a lot of activities, food around the area is great, train in close, only thing i dislike was the the television since it was not smart there were no apps and only Japanese content but not a deal breaker. Price was right i would definitely book again.

I actually had high expectations for the hotel breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was good, but unfortunately, there was no seafood. I had high hopes that the seafood would be excellent since it is Japan, but I wonder if that was an unreasonable expectation on my part.

Richmond Hotel Narita
Staff were great and the hotel is very clean. Carpet by the front door of the rooms could do with being replaced. Bathrooms are showing their age. We didn't enjoy the breakfast, we left to eat at the Lawson next door instead.
