Shime Vacation Packages

The room was very dusty. Hangars were covered with a layer of dust and the aircon spewed out white bits when turned on. Comfort was acceptable. Usual Japanese toilet size. Amenities were only found on L1. No coffee in room and only green tea. Location is great.

The staff was nice but the check in system failed to match the surname and last name correctly so it took extra time to identify the booking. Very convenient location of shopping mall nearby and there are even two yatai food stores exactly downstairs. The room facilities were good (eg refa hairdryer) but we took some time to realise how the lighting switch worked and the door partition between the sleeping and washing area.

Spacious room was an add on night due to a schedule change. Since our originally booked room was not available, staff handled the room transfer seamlessly

The staff were very friendly. The room was big and comfortable. The only problem was that you could hear noise from other rooms.

Such a great staff and wonderful place to stay. Great breakfast in the morning and easy to use washer and dryer.
