The place is very good, and the food is good, but the elevator did not working I would say that the maintenance is not adequate

The Pfister is a historical gem! I would stay here every chance I get!!

It was a nice resort, well decorated with a modern touch. The 240 West restaurant had gourmet, modern dishes but the price was very high. We didn’t feel it was worth it. So we only ate there one night. Though the customer service was great. We did appreciate the attentiveness. We were disappointed as soon as we arrived to the hotel, the lobby was ridiculously hot. Apparently, the air conditioning was not working. And when my family and I ventured to the game room, it was crazy hot there as well. In fact, all three nights, it was hot in the arcade and cinema. So we never got to play pool or air hockey, sadly. As for our room, it was nice with harbor view but a huge tree blocked our view. Our sink in the bathroom was clogged. The shower was crazy boiling hot and hard to control. And the AC was inconsistent in cooling, so I was pretty hot through the night. Sleep was not good. Or maybe it was because my pillow was lumpy like there was a blanket in the pillowcase. Another thing, I put my water bottle in the fridge and hours later it came out frozen. Man! And the TV had only a few movie channels that only played old movies. The pay per view movies were 31 bucks plus tax! Outrageous! Overall, for 350 a night, I wouldn’t come back. We expected more. Sorry Abbey resort.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

Great location - easy access to the highway.
