Very customer oriented, friendly, and helpful. The only complaint is that the bar Blu did not take more than two credit cards for a very large group. This made payment cumbersome and awkward. Otherwise staff service, especially for catering was impressive.

Great hotel and within walking distance to a jazz club and nightlife - third ward is a stones throw away. The only suggestion I have for their bar are new bar stools - the ones they have are squeaky and uncomfortable.

nothing more

Had one little hiccup in our favor with the reservation, but they apologized and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful Anniversary dinner at the restaurant! We also got a complimentary breakfast before checkout. It’s within walking distance to a lot of places. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. There's the local light rail right in front but you won't hear it even with a room facing the street. Lots of good restaurant options around and the in hotel bar/restaurant is not too bad.
