There is no no Shower curtain and the door was damaged.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The location is very convenient. Check in on 7/24. The staff is very friendly. I will choose this place next time.

Customer service by the managing staff was excellent, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The accommodation was basically an apartment with a full kitchen and necessary cooking equipment. It was clean, quiet, and very well located in the city! We would stay here again in the future!

The property was in a very cute location in old Porto. The Balta restaurant for breakfast downstairs was fantastic and there was another great restaurant on the street that offered great dinner options. We had the apartment on the last top floor and no elevators. If you are not in good shape, this is not the apartment for you. Bring our luggage up the stairs was tough and every time you left, you have stairs to contend with. Then, you will have a downhill walk to town and an uphill return. We walked the whole time but even being fit, it was a lot of stairs and uphill. The communication with the host was great and overall we loved the experience and location!

Breakfast is fair, in the coffee shop next door, with voucher. Overpriced for the variety.

Bed was comfortable. Place was stark and below ground level. Management was unwilling to provide extra blankets. Plumbing problems created a damp environment.
