The staff were all very kind! The hotel is in dire need of repairs and updating. Unfortunately, we didn't know until we went down that the pool was closed for the foreseeable future. This was very disappointing as this was our main reason for staying there. Otherwise it was a good stay

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. More so than at other hotels. The breakfast was very nice. And the owner, Nicola, actually walked around the breakfast room one day to see how everyone was doing. We would definitely stay there again.
