Definitely a good place to stay if you are traveling with your dog, which we were not. Carpets were older and in need of cleaning and replacing. Staff was great and bed was super comfy.

Simply a basic hotel with basic rooms and basic accommodations. They are clean, provide a fridge, coffee maker with basic, run-of-the-mill coffee packets (disgusting), better coffee at reception, staff was professional and courteous, and “breakfast” provides a little something for everyone. Two (2) suggestions for improvement: 1. The blackout-blinds in at least my room was useless as it did not fit (fill-in) the opening of the window completely and the eastern, morning sun inundated the room. 2. Would someone PLEASE, PLEASE put some grease or lubricant on the automatic, sliding doors at the entrance - like nonstop water torture! At 99$ a night plus tax it’s not a bad value.

Nice floors, clean beds, would stay again.

Simple but all the important things- Smoke free, hard floors, water dispenser, ice machine, fridge, daily cleaning service, front desk staff. Yes clean. Only critiques: sink clogged up, and I informed staff who said "We'll try to get that looked at;" remained stopped up; and mineral deposits on shower head and tub/shower stop. Breakfast is nice because everything on countertops, no tables to clog up area and create a free-for-all madhouse. Can take food to your room, sit on the sofas in lobby, or the nice outdoor seating area. Wish they had maps.

My room had mold on the ceiling and headboards, the bathroom was moldy as well, the hotel shouldn't be even called a hotel, it is more like a motel in some backroads by a highway. The first thing you see is a sign at the parking lot saying they are not responsible for any damage to the guests vehicles, that's the welcome you receive. The advertised breakfast was a joke, at 9 am there was bearly anything left at the breakfast bar. The "spa" was closed but not sure if I would even want to dip my feet in there, considering the overall cleanliness of the facility. Not worth the money, don't be fooled by the pictures.

Don’t stay here! And don’t book thru Hotels.com

This hotel is run down, lots of things wrong. The first room we were put in, the shower head was broken, so water was squirting everywhere and made a very loud pitched noise, and the tv didn’t work. We booked a 4 person room thru Hotels.com (king bed and double sofa bed) but we were put in a room that only accommodated three people (king bed and twin sofa bed). The only other room that was available was a room with 2 queen beds. This was a less expensive room, so I asked for a refund for the difference. I was told that Hotels.com would need to refund me, but the manager said she’d call them and let them know the situation. She never did. I got home after our stay and called Hotels.com for a refund and got the run-around. They said the hotel needed to authorize it and they kept calling the hotel and could never got a response. So ultimately they weren’t able to offer me any refund. Very disappointed in the whole stay and the lack of customer service both at the hotel and with Hotels.com

The property is close to rehoboth beach, about a 10-15 minute drive. The area around the hotel has lots of dining options. However, it is not pedestrian friendly.

Overall it seemed nice at first glance. After the first day we started to notice things. Like rust on metal fixtures and doorways. The hallway carpet was very dirty and stained. Looks like it has never been cleaned. The bathroom door knob was coming off. The table in the room was extremely wobbly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The hallway fire extinguisher had exposed broken glass and there was no extinguisher. There was dirt, possibly mold on the shower wall that was easily wiped off. There was a large dark brown stain on the wall by the sink. The room key cards stopped working 3 times in our 2 night stay. The pool was nice but also dirty. For being pet friendly it was quiet even on the first floor.

Wasn't what I was expecting, kinda seemed like an econo lodge just without the homeless people. The first room we were put in the beds were wet, the bedding wasnt all the way dry, switched rooms, staff was very nice and friendly. The grill had a ton of mold all over it, still had hamburgers in it.
