We were comfortable and felt generally safe. Biggest drawback no elevator to 2nd floor. We are both 66. Hauling luggage up stairs is not an option! Maybe the staff should offer to haul luggage if room available is on 2nd floor if requested. 1st however the staff should offer so.

The property its self is nice. It just needs a lot of maintenance work. Painting, carpet, ac unit, bathroom in the room needs work, and the odor of the building. The employees needs to be a little bit more helpful when checking in and checking out.

The hotel more or less matched the pictures presented but there were some oddities. For example, there was quite a bit of debris at the bottom of the pool especially towards the edges. In the room, the floors would become quite wet and slippery if you used the AC. Using a towel to dry floor also revealed the floors had likely not been cleaned recently either. However, the hotel staff were very polite and friendly.

The property is dirty especially the rooms. The room was not properly cleaned, the floor was not mopped. We went to the local Walmart to buy items to clean the floor. The bathroom had very rusted fixtures, i.e the toilet paper holder, and around the door of the bathroom. Which prevents from closing the bathroom door. There was discoloration on the toilet seat. The air conditioning had dirt within the vents, which deterred us from turning it on. The pool area floor is very dated and dirty. It is in need of a deep cleaning and updating. Walking around the pool area my kids feet were black. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Very low budget hotel which is not clean. If price is not a concern please book elsewhere.
