Walked in and left within 10 minutes. Room smelled like cigarettes, had to walk upstairs with our bags to get to our room, toilet was unstable and shifting severely in use, other lodgers with their doors wide open when walking to room. Told front kiosk about this briefly before making a quick exit, will not be staying ever again.

I paid for a room with two queen beds and when we checked in was told there were none of those rooms left. They offered a room with one king bed and a pullout sofa. They then went to get the bedding for the pull out and I had to take it to the room myself. The mini fridge was not clean. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom and we did not receive more even though there were two people booked for the room.
