Great location, apartment was clean and felt homey. Cafe downstairs was very convenient with delicious food and coffee. Will definitely book again in future.

Great family stay. Good location to the train station and everything on offer in South Bank.

Firstly the staff were wonderful, very helpful 10/10. Lobby is undergoing renovations so a bit chaotic first impression. Some amenities were not available for use due to renovations 7/10. Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were clean and had all expected in-room amenities. Quality of room itself on first night a bit less than expected, especially bathroom and view to carpark. (New) room for other nights was very good. Overall 9/10. Overall great stay at great location.

Travelled with our 1.5yr old toddler. Other than the size of the bedroom, we found the room to be enough. But any more, we would need to book the bigger rooms. Staff were really lovely and loved coming back to a clean room. Loved having the buffet breakfast option right down stairs and restaurants on the same street as we had lots of options for dining. Would book again.
