Hotel is maintained properly and staff were friendly and breakfast was very good, we enjoyed the stayed.

Clean and central location. Unfortunately weather didn’t allow balloons so we didn’t get to see them. Breakfast was great and reception was helpful. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Great night life.

Staff and clean room very good

The receptionist helped me after Expedia booked the wrong night. Be careful when you book just after midnight if you want to stay that night. Expedia will book you for that day with a check in of 2 PM. The receptionist gave me the same rate Expedia gave me. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a great selection. This hotel has six buildings with 144 rooms. It has a nice swimming pool, too, with a children's wading pool

The hotel was large and catered to multiple tour groups. As such, breakfast was crowded. The rooms were very nice and clean. We did not get to enjoy the pool as it had been drained. Self-parking was a little bit challenging due to the limit of the number of spots. Overall a nice place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, quality of hotel shows with all the facilities. Rooms are amazing, room stays very dark because we didnt have any natural lighting but it was okay. Breakfast was lovely, outdoor pool area is nice. Only downside for us was the indoor pool not being heated, kids wanted to go in at night but couldn't get in from how cold the water temperature was.
