Very clean place, helpfull employes

Don’t let the outside of the hotel regret booking at the place. The hotel is very modern and well kept . The stuff is absolutely nice and helpful the location couldn’t better right in the middle of everything. Definitely a place to stay in my next visit. The Adults only is the cherry on top

Clean, beautiful premises and helpful staff.

Our recent stay at Quinta Real Oaxaca was absolutely perfect. We stayed in the Governor Suite for a weekend getaway, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel completely relaxed. The bed was perfect, and the sheets were such great quality. Every detail made the stay feel special. The hotel itself is dreamy — full of charm and beauty. The gardens are a great detail. The staff was also incredible: accommodating, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The location could not be better. Quinta Real is close to amazing restaurants, shops, and museums. There is truly no need for a car in Oaxaca because everything is within walking distance. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. It was the perfect place for a romantic and relaxing weekend getaway.

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel. We loved everything about the lobby and our room. The staff are also very friendly- especially Jose! The only thing that kept us from rating this hotel 5 starts was our check-in experience. There is no elevator, and Jose wasn't working at the time. The only person on duty was a very young woman who could not help us with our bags. So, I had to carry 4 very heavy bags up the stairs by myself. Jose was available in the morning to help us when we left.

The beds are comfortable, the room is very clean, the staff is superb, the fresh flowers are beautiful, the peaceful atmosphere is lovely, the breakfast was delicious. I can’t say enough about this place. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay just perfect.

Great Service, Very cordial and helpful staff. Property is conveniently located very close to the main square.

It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.
