Hotel location is fantastic, central to walk throughout the city. Staff are somewhat friendly and helpful. My major issue with Casa Del Balam is that they don't realize half their guests are female. No conditioner in the showers, only shampoo, not a single hand towel, only 3 hangers in the closet, rough especially considering there are no shelves, dressers or drawers. If I'm staying for 5 days I don't want to live out of a suitcase.
