Amazing boutique hotel, location, service, room, beautiful experienced

Casa Decu has become our go-to hotel when visiting Mexico City. It has incredible charm, is very well-maintained, in a fantastic neighborhood and has a very friendly and professional staff. This is our fifth stay over the past few years and the consistency in presentation has been impressive…especially without any significant price increase as the Condesa neighborhood has become more exposed (and more expensive). We love the decor, the attention to detail and the rooftop cafe! Absolutely excellent experience all around!

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

Property needs better housekeeping. Towels had stains and bed cover as well. Bed was really comfy tho. Other minor details throughout room like cover on shower was loose. Glass door didnt close right. But overall it was good for an overnight stay.

Very good located. There is a plaza (park) around very nice.
