Great location. Close to zocalo and market. Very quiet.

The hotel is small and cozy, the staff were super friendly and informative. Hot breakfast included. Small menu for the included breakfast; eggs your way withone choice of protein, or pancakes, or chilaquiles. Ofcourse there are other options but these are not included on the included breakfast options. Beautiful rooms. Only thing that ruins it is the noise outside. Very loud, cars honking, cars blasting music, and a club across the street that goes blaring their music all night long. Had to get up at 3am for our departure from the airport and the noise kept us up. The hotel gives you some earplugs to drain out the noise though, so it helps. Other than that, beautiful hotel and perfect location.

First off, the spa has limited hours and was closed the first day I was there; in addition, you have to pay about as much to use the spa as you do to to stay in the hotel. The spa looked really nice, but I never got to experience it. The swimming pool is quite bland with water a bit too cool for my liking and I was afraid to put my head under water for the fact the water wasn't very clear. The food in the restaurant was very good but had the atmosphere was that of a hospital cafeteria--zero character. Even worse, you could not order any alcohol at all on the premises. The big grass area in front of the spa was very nice. The rooms were simple, clean, and without a mini-fridge.The bathroom was big and nice, except for the old shower door that didn't close so all the shower water would go out onto the bathroom floor making it very slippery. I had to dry it with my towels afterwards. What a mess that was. Would I stay there again? I doubt it

There are a lot of outdoor seating areas that felt semi-private and it was really nicely set up. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room itself was small but not cramped and very clean.
