I only stayed 1 night in a tiny room smaller than an inside cabin on a cruise ship. When I complained, they upgraded me to a room in their sister hotel, Casa Olié, It was roomy, had a king-size bed and was excellent. I will stay there whenever I am in Oaxaca. a cruise ship. When I complained and requested a cancellation, they upgraded me to an excellent room room

The room was super cozy and quiet. The staff super friendly! I will def book to stay there again ob my next visit to Oaxaca.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were amazing. The breakfast was good. Would have preferred a menu but they will make almost anything you want. Location was not great since you had to get a taxi to get into town each time. Hot tub was just a lukewarm pool. Kids were loud sometimes until late. Overall and beautiful hotel and great staff just not entirely the experience I was looking for.

The hotel is located in the center part of Oaxaca, you can walk to the main attractions. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
