The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs updated. Our bathroom was in dire need of updating especially the shower/tub. The faucet didn’t seem securely attached. There was very little hot water….most days/nights the water was freezing cold. Got tired of taking cold showers. We only ate the free breakfast one day. We were there for six days and it changed very little. Nothing great about it. The hallways/elevator areas were so hot! Laundry area was nice and cheap.

You get what you pay for but there was no hot water and the bathroom sink leaked so there was a constant puddle of water in the bathroom. Staff did not provide more than one key card for the room and was not helpful.

It was difficult to regulate room temperatures, there were not enough towels, the sheets felt like sandpaper, the exercise room had no cooling fans for cardio machines, the pool is way too small for such a large hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly the Hispanic and Phillipino staff members. It would be very nice to have a continental breakfast area. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful!

Room was clean. Parking was amazing. Very friendly!

Great location and condo!

We stayed 1 night in king-bed room. Initially, we were given a room that had bad odor. The front service rep was able to provide the next room and everything was good. Complimentary breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

The whole staff was amazing. The General Manager Joseph was even out front today sending patrons off as we departed. Next Level Service.
