"Hotel close to outlet shops"
The outlet stores are in the same street five minutes away by car. It's a nice, comfy, cozy place. The staff are nice and courteous. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They were a lot of items to choose from. The room we checked in to was surprisingly very spacious. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool. Thank you for keeping the place in great shape. That is the best way to welcome guests.

"Very Central to attractions around New Hampshire"
The breakfast area was decent, the arcade had pool, air hockey and table tennis that all had quarter slots for you to pay before playing. The pool area was under renovation. The room was very spacious but the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The whole hotel had a weird smell that stayed on my clothes until they were washed.

"Great for couples."
I'd stayed at another B&B in the area last fall, and paid nearly double what I paid to stay at the Pleasant View. I honestly wasn't sure what it would be like since the pricing seemed pretty low for a B&B, but I was definitely happy with everything. The Pleasant View is nicely kept up on the inside - it's got a great, cozy feel to it and the dining area is bright, decorated nicely, and features several small tables. They've got a relatively new above ground pool , which sadly I didn't get to use during this stay, but I can definitely say it looked very appealing! The grounds are spectacularly kept. I have two minor complaints about my stay here. 1) The bed had a nice quilt on it, which had a sign neatly placed on top advising guests not to place their luggage or themselves on it. That was a bit neurotic and made me feel as though I had to remove the quilt and quilted pillows before sleeping in the bed (which worked because it was really bloody hot while we stayed there) but yeah- that's just weird. 2) not enough large towels in the bathroom. 2 is great but another would've been quite helpful. The owner is very hospitable, and amazing cook, and very laid back (other than the quilt thing). The 10% discount for returning guests is definitely a draw. The quietness of the area and the lack of light pollution make it a wonderful place to go to enjoy the nighttime stars. I would definitely come back, and would recommend this to others.

"Convenient and Decent Stay"
We decided to book XMAS weekend here because we were visiting our son who lives nearby. We had a one bedroom condo in the Lodge Building. It had a mini/efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a small stove with 4 burners and an oven, a microwave, sink and dishwasher, as well as a small counter area, with enough supplies. This opens to the dining/living area with a table and 4 chairs, sleeper- pull-out couch and lounge chair, coffee table and TV. Also- a ceiling fan. Sliders to a deck with beautiful views over a golf course which was covered in snow. Up steep stairs was a loft with a queen bed and a twin bed, small table and dresser, and a high placed window that can be opened. The unit is outdated, but comfortable for our needs and more importantly- very clean. We did have an issue with the heat. The first night it was boiling hot inside. The thermostat does not work. We realized there was a separate electric floor radiator with a knob on it that controlled the heat for the entire condo and we were then able to regulate it after much trial and error- running from too hot in the condo to too cold. I did use the indoor heated pool and exercise facility once, which were fine. I wanted to use the indoor hot tub but could not find the button to turn it on. The recreation/registration building is very nice and welcoming. There is a ping pong table, a game room and a darts board, bathrooms and lockers and a sauna, which was not warmed up so I decided to skip it

Sanbornton is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Sanbornton, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Sanbornton hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
