The proximity to the Zokalo museums restaurants is particularly good. The staff was attentive, and my housekeeper was incredibly intuitive about what I did and did not like. She noted if I didn’t want a blanket or specific pillow and together my room accordingly The restaurant was good for breakfast. I did not eat there any other meals. Check in and check out was incredibly simple

Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free.

Great hotel. We'll definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay there again if we re-visit Oaxaca.

The property was perfect for me and my family. The roof is huge, the views are great, the jacuzzi and the lounging area are super nice, and the paintings are lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great option for large groups that want to share a special occasion.

Great location with restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Beautifully designed rooms look just like the photos. A/C unit is the TV area only. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cool during our stay. Staff is extremely responsive. We had an incident where the family in the upstairs unit parked 2 large vehicles in the courtyard. This disappointed us since our space was specifically marketed as "outdoor space, pingpong table". It became such a tight squeeze we could barely make it through the door. We didn't so much care about the ping pong table. Our half of the house doesn't have a dining room, so the picnic table outside was the only comfortable seating to eat breakfast. Eventually, the other resident moved one car onto the street. We were satisfied with this compromise. I suggest getting rid of the ping pong table, which is not in the best shape. It takes up space and can't be used anyway since the upstairs resident is allowed to park their rental in the courtyard.
