Amazing hotel with beautiful views located just outside of the Torres del Paine national park. The pool and spa are wonderful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable with lovely views of the mountains. Excellent vegetarian food options in both restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay.

Staff were rude to say no kitchen and no hot wster and the restaurant was busy hosting a party hence no food is served for hotel guests etc

The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and water. There is a wonderful path to walk along the waterfront right across the street. Breakfast had lots of variety and many great restaurants are close by.
