Hotel was great! Emailed in advance to arrange airport pick-up, only 10,000 pesos. Location, fantastic. Lobby nice; casino did not spoil it. Room great; my room had fantastic sea view. Breakfast buffet, very good. Staff, very helpful. Only downsides, hot water was not that hot and no late check out (not even 1/2 hour). Penguins still highlight of trip!

We really enjoyed staying here before being picked up the next morning for a week in Patagonia. Just a short walk from all the cool places to eat. Very cozy hotel with nice staff and great breakfast. Staff was welcoming and attentive.

We stayed for 4 nights. The bathroom toilet leaked from the base of the systern, and even though we reported it each morning, they never fixed it. This resulted in water on the floor all the time. We stayed in a room at the corner and end of the floor, which gave us very poor wifi connections. The wifi system was very poorly positioned and just hung from a wall near the other side of the hallway. It was a cheap system, poorly installed. Otherwise the stay was fairly pleasant.

Check in was slow due to a large group checking in ahead of us. Overall good experience. The view from our room was definitely the highlight. Sunset was beautiful! Room was clean and in good condition. Large breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

"Beautiful cozy hotel, great for after a long hike!"
After hiking 8 days on the O trail in Torres Del Paine, my boyfriend and I wanted to treat ourselves to a sweet hotel to rest our sore bodies. The hotel is beautiful and I actually loved the open concept room (kinda fun that you can see into the shower from the room :) )
The spa was lovely (but no massages on sundays, be warned! we had to go down the street to find another place for a massage) and I really loved the design of the whole place.
The breakfast buffet was great by chilean breakfast standards (other hotels i stayed at literally only gave you white bread, cheese, and ham lol).
Totally recommend this place if you want a cozy sexy nice hotel to stay in in Puerto Natales!

We stayed here for a night following an 8 day trek in Patagonia. The hotel staff was attentive and responsive to all of our requests. The room was beautiful and the spa was incredible. The food at the hotel was also fantastic. The perfect place to land after a long trek in Patagonia.

I had an excellent time. The views of the mountains from the hotel are amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious and offer a lot of food. You can easily book day trips from the hotel activity office every day to explore Torres del Paine. I booked excursions every day, and each was excellent. There are hiking trips, boat trips, horseback riding, and more. The room was very cozy and nice. The location is very peaceful, surrounded by land where horses and cows are roaming around. I can't wait to come back.

We LOVED the location...right near the entrance to the park. We originally thought about staying in Puerto Natales, but were glad to eliminate an extra 90 min or so car ride each way to get to Torres del Paine. The lodge; however, was a bit rough around the edges. The heat was limited in the rooms and nonexistent in common areas, except for the main lobby. A wood stove heated up the main lobby, but there were many other nice common areas that had no heat on and wood stoves that were not lit. Having a restaurant onsite with convenient.
