Close to Calle crisologo but the property was not in great shape

Good. I got no complain.

Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely stayed we had. Walking distance to the Calle Crisologo and to all the neat cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops.

The hotel's facade kept its original Spanish architectural design and the hotel's amenities and facilities had an up-to-date modern design with still a hint of local Filipino heritage design. The rooms were spacious; all the staff members (front desk, security, housekeeping and restaurant) are gracious and accommodating. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel.
