"Home away from home"
We enjoyed our stay at Azalea (Ah-za-lay-uh). We stayed here for 7 nights and the staff was impeccable. They were attentive from the time we checked in, at the breakfast buffet (which was great by the way), greeting us each time we returned, and for any room-service requests. We never heard loud karaoke. There was one night where the hotel was hosting an event and they slipped a note under our door to advise us. Even then, we didn't hear loud noises. We never used the kitchenette, just the fridge to house our bottled waters. Everything was up to "American Tourist" standards, so I was happy =) There are only a few cons, but they weren't deal breakers 1. We had a room that faced some homes with roosters and lambs, so we were inevitably awakened by the roosters and lambs every morning. Anyway, that's just nature. Just be aware of it if you get that room 2. The bathroom light is way too dark and could use an upgrade. However, it wasn't dirty, just old

"Dated Hotel in Need of New Life"
My fiancée and I stayed here from February 21 to February 24 2016. This was my least favorite hotel on my vacation. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us the best they could. We stayed in room 524 and when we checked in the aircon wasn’t working properly, the door to the closet wouldn’t open so we couldn’t access the safe. They came in and got the door opened, but told us not to move it as it needed repairs. The room had a really bad musty smell and the backs of the curtains were moldy. You can see from my pictures, light coming through all the holes in the curtains. The lighting on the bed is nice, very romantic. The couch was very nice also. When we weren’t in our room we kept the windows open to help circulate fresh air through the room. We had a voucher for a free dinner the first night, but weren’t told how much it was worth until we finished eating and had to pay the extra. We had vouchers fore breakfast each morning. The first morning we chose our breakfast from a menu, but the second and third mornings there was a breakfast buffet available. It was really good. There is nothing really close by to the hotel. We took a taxi almost everywhere we went.

"Peaceful"
This hotel is a bit away from the center of Baguio, which means the air is cleaner and the environment very peaceful, with lots of trees, but it's not as expensive as Camp John Hay. Downside is the food is not all that great. The staff is wonderful, as are all the Filipinos who greet visitors to their country. Highly recommended.

We had a generally pleasant experience. Thank you! We were just disappointed with the first room given to us where in the on going construction was right next to it. Drilling and pounding were not really expected when you preferred to stay in a suite room. It was an advance booking so we should've been informed ahead that we will not be in the silent side of the hotel. We therefore requested for another room even if it would mean a downgrade. My request was promptly addressed and the staff were so nice and accommodating in assisting us with our transfer. I specially commend the Guard on Duty for assisting us to find a cab. More Power!

I thought the hotel was creepy since it was there from 1909. Then when we checked-in, it was good. Nothing happened. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The weather was hot when we went to Baguio, so I was expecting an A/C inside the room. But instead, it was just a ceiling fan. i was able to borrow an electric fan from the hotel. But i hope they'd start placing A/Cs inside the rooms. Or at least some of them. Anyway, overall, it was a good stay.

Baguio is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Baguio, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Baguio hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
