Great stay!

Came up for a day trip with my daughter for her 16th birthday to go to Busch Gardens. The staff are friendly and helpful making check-in a breeze. Our apartment was clean and fully stocked with all essentials. Always our go to when traveling to Williamsburg!!

I booked this stay for my wedding weekend. The room was beautiful, with the exception of a broken chair that my future mother in law almost fell out of. She sat down and the arm of the chair popped completely off. She was able to catch herself, but the chair had clearly been attempted to be glued before and probably shouldn’t have been left out. The bathroom was a major disappointment, when it should have been calming. I got up hoping to take a relaxing hot shower before getting ready for my wedding on Saturday. The water took forever to start to warm up. Once it warmed up, it cut right back out. I thought maybe the water was so cold because multiple people in the building could be using it. The other couples staying on the property said they didn’t have a problem. So, I tried the shower again. It was still freezing and didn’t stay warm at all. I ended up having to wash my hair by using a cup and sitting in the tub, which didn’t have the same shampoo/conditioner combo. Throughout the bathroom were tiny black/grey bugs that would go under the trim. Then, this morning the toilet started running and wouldn’t work. When my husband mentioned the issue with the shower and the toilet, the staff member literally only said “okay”. For the price of this property, I expected certain amenities to be up to par. Our stay was definitely not anything we hoped it to be for our wedding weekend. The staff were not very helpful when told about the issues with the room. We will not be retuning.

Comfortable and well located. Good value for money.
