Great location, nice people

Very clean! Great neighborhood

From the beginning the process seemed sketchy. I should have trusted my gut. We were charged $XXX (for 3 nights) without authorization due to "additional guests" = my 10,8 and 1 year old. Repeated attempts to communicate with staff are met with generic policy replies. They do this on purpose and are prepared for the backlash. I was given an owner's name but repeatedly told that he is unavailable and will not be handling my case directly. The property itself is in a great location but felt like a very cheaply done flip job. Rats the size of footballs in the street, bubbly laminate flooring, bathroom door that doesn't close, air/heat registers that are dislodged from the wall, a lack of decoration (aside from an oddly placed plant in each room) or thoughtfulness for living spaces. The property is advertised as sleeping 6, but they charge penalties if you do not report your children as guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I will be pursuing action for undisclosed camera locations, unethical practices and many more violations of Expedia's own policies.

Bad experience.
