Very well-positioned hotel close to the center of the city and a local train station. It doesn’t have air conditioning in the rooms which usually doesn’t matter in the UK but we were there during a heatwave. However, they provide fans, and promptly switched one out when it didn’t work. Helpful staff.

Very enjoyable stay. Neil could not be more helpful. We will definitely be back.

We’re shown a room that had plenty of stairs going to it my wife walks with a stick and can’t do many stairs asked the receptionist if we could change she said the hotel was full but would change it the next day They gave us a lovely room on the second floor right next to the lift with no stairs the receptionist was very helpful could not thank her enough the room was spotless all staff very pleasant and lovely meals

The staff were very attentive and provided an excellent service

Food was excellent but expect to wait in the evening as the restaurant gets quite busy with golfers as well as residents but worth waiting for.
