Good price value. Noise expected

Had a great one night stay in two double rooms. Plenty of parking. Warm and welcoming staff. Great food and service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and in the bar and outside terrace area. Used the gym which is small but well equipped. Overall an enjoyable stay and will go again.

Really nice hotel and close to the cruise terminals but no AC in the rooms really hot that week but fans were provided to help ease the heat but still to hot to sleep.

Very convenient location. It's a walking distance to the train station,mall,restaurant, and stores. Our room was clean. Staff are nice. Breakfast was okay. Happy with our 1 night stay!

Staff are helpful and friendly.

The actual hotel was clean and staff were great. However the restaurant experience was very bad. We were told half the meals on the menu were not available, plus the draught beer was also not available. I ordered fish and chips, which when arrived the fish was hard as a rock and definitely not fresh. They got me another one but that too wasn’t very good either. My nephews burger had a bad taste to it and he couldn’t eat it but didn’t want anything else to eat from there. The waitress seamed to have all the excuses ready as though this was a regular occurrence. She definitely wasn’t listening to me and said this is the first complaint she has had. However, another guest sat next to us had just sent his steak back as he said it was like leather. I mentioned this to her and she just shrugged it off. In the end she didn’t charge us for the bad food, which was the least she could do. Again, the hotel was great but I would advise anyone visiting to eat elsewhere until they address the restaurant issue they are having. This whole experience was definitely not what I was expecting from such an established hotel chain.

This is a very budget hotel, you get what you pay for, which isn’t much. The staff were rude and unfriendly. We had a triple room and you got a double bed and a bunk over the double. Basically that’s it. I would say it’s what I would think a hostel would look like. It was only for one night so we just grinned and beared it. Won’t be back
