Great location just a couple of minutes from the beach. Tucked away in a quiet area. Good parking for a motorbike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room had all you needed. Large fan was a godsend. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Indoor pool lovely. Even has a brilliant private snooker room. Would stay again for next IOW visit.

Room was clean, and windows were excellently glazed to prevent any traffic noise from the streets. Very convenient with the bus stop right outside to get to the ferry as well as Newport/anywhere else on the isle. Osbourne house right across the street. food options were limited around the pub, but the floating bridge to Cowes conveniently down the road by either a 20 min walk or the bus.

Lovely log cabin, nice setting and very spacious. Short drive to shops and plenty of local walks. The property is kept to a high standard, would highly recommend.

Boutique type hotel 10 minutes walk to cruise terminal 46 Southhampton. Excellent location opposite Queens Park, quiet. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen facilities, air con and bathroom. Slept well. Friendly staff although some are quite young and inexperienced. Slight negatives- tv reception not very good as stations dropped out, tv remote was filthy so I cleaned it myself, stairwell didn't seem to be cleaned in the 2 nights I was there. Didn't eat at the cafe inside hotel as I found a couple of nice ones nearby. Overall a good place to stay as rates quite high in Southampton.

Very disappointing stay, our room was outside reception, corridor doors banged all night and we were woken multiple times by people screaming in the car park

Nice to arrive to buy tv in room not working at all, not what you expect in a major hotel, and at 9.30 am at breakfast ran out of toast ! 😔

Warm welcome. It was a very short stay - the room we stayed in was rather tired - dripping taps, holes in linens, dodgy paintwork etc - if it had been any more than one night, I think I would have been a bit miffed. But for what we needed, it was fine. We didn't use the other facilities, bar, breakfast etc, so can't comment on those.
