Mostly OK with helpful customer service. Breakfast bar was very sparse. Toilet in room had a brown ring and dirt particles floating in it when we arrived. Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra in room. However I know we would have gotten more if needed and we managed with what was in room. Not anywhere near other Clarions we have stayed at but it was OK for one night.

Felt like I didn’t want to touch anything it was so dirty. A general sewer smell was present in the entire facility. Breakfast was very limited and we didn’t dare eat there with the sewer small. Outdated bathroom fixtures too.

Room was super hot, over 85 degrees and smelled like dirty wet clothes. Took over 3 hrs for it to be somewhat cool. Bathroom was old and dirty looking. Hotel, hallways and breakfast room were super hot. Flies were the only ones enjoying the food. Only thing good about this hotel is the polite staff.

Staff was super nice. We booked separate from a friend who joined us late and when staff saw we were together, got us rooms next to each other without us asking for that. She was super nice and didn’t have to do that but took the initiative.

NEVER Again

Stay was HORRIBLE! Neighbors beside and across from us were loud and obnoxious. Played loud music. Front desk “tried” to tell them to turn it down. Mind you I had been driving all day. I wasn’t able to sleep that entire night. Checked out early to get the hell out of there. No accommodations were made about my complaints. When I complained they told the guys my room number. The walls are paper thin so we heard it ALL! My daughter and I were upset we put chairs against the door because they were drunk. I could still hear the guys yapping while they ate their breakfast like it was all funny. Nothing was funny. This was the only “decent” place we found to stay to be able to attend our activities the next day. If I could rate it a ZERO I absolutely would. The manager still has yet to have called me!

They had a nice little breakfast bar. The pool and hottub were nice, although the jets are not on in the hottub. I loved the real trees and plants in the pool area. They do not clean your rooms daily so if you need anything (clean towels, toilet paper, more coffee, etc.) then you have to ask and they will get it for you. Staff was very friendly and nice.
