Great hotel. Great pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff. Awesome rooms.

We stayed here for two nights with our six month old. The area was very safe by Vancouver standards. And the accessibility was top tier, as it was right on the sea bus stop and transit was easily accessible. The staff were great, when we arrived the crib was set up for our baby. The hotel is attached to a lovely market and right on the dock with lots of cultural activities, a nightly market with live music. Lovely.

Location and price were good. The rooms need update and maintenance. The hotel is old and that is the beauty of it. However, the humidity smell and the cleanliness need to improve.

We only stayed one night but the unit was well equipped for a longer stay, had everything you would need for cooking, was clean and comfortable. Host very helpful and friendly.

Great staff and service + location. Highly recommend!

Check in was cordial and easy. Joel was very informative and helpful in all aspects. Would definitely stay at the Paradox again!
